General Attendee Cancelation & Refund Policy
General attendees are eligible for a registration refund where a refund request is submitted in writing and received by the NER Conference Manager on or before 25 March 2023. All approved refunds will be processed minus a $50.00 processing fee. No registration refunds will be issued after 25 March 2023.

Author Information
Author Registration Deadline:
- 4-page Papers – 3 February 2023
- 1-page Papers – 10 March 2023
Non-Student registrations allow up to 2 paper submissions. Student registrations allow for 1 paper submission (if they are the lead author). Authors can have up to 4 additional paper submissions for a fee of $100/additional paper. All additional paper fees on a student registration requires that specific student to be the lead author on all qualifying papers. Authors can have up to 2 additional pages per paper (up to 6 total pages including references).
Author Refund Policy
Author registration is non-refundable where the registration supports a paper which has completed final submission. All approved refunds will be processed minus a $50.00 processing fee. No registration refunds will be issued after 25 March 2023.
